Domestic Shipping (Canada)
Standard shipping is $9.99 flat. Orders over $150 CAD ship free. Most orders ship within 5–7 business days of design approval. Tracking is provided on every order.
Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available at our Mississauga studio: 2404 Haines Rd Suite 209, Mississauga, ON L4Y 2B7. We'll notify you by email when your order is ready.
Rush Orders
48-hour rush orders are available — add the rush option at checkout for an additional fee. Rush turnaround is calculated from design approval, not order placement.
International Shipping
We ship to the United States — rates calculated at checkout. For destinations outside North America, please contact us before ordering.
Delays
While rare, manufacturing or shipping delays can occur. We'll notify you immediately by email if your order is delayed.
