Refund Policy
Custom Orders
Custom-printed items cannot be returned for a refund unless they arrive defective or damaged. If your custom order has a printing defect, we'll re-print it free of charge or refund you in full.
Ready-Made Items
Ready-made apparel can be returned in unused, original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price (shipping non-refundable).
Defective Items
Email torontocustomt@gmail.com or call (289) 205-3623 with photos within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll replace defective items or issue a refund.
Cancellations
Custom orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After production starts, cancellation is not available.
