What is a DTF gang sheet?

A DTF (Direct-to-Film) gang sheet is a single printed sheet containing multiple designs that you press onto apparel one at a time. It's the most cost-effective way to print custom transfers — you only pay for the print area you use, not per design.

What file types do you accept?

Accepted Answer

PNG, PDF, SVG, AI, EPS, or high-resolution JPG. Transparent PNG or vector PDF is preferred. 300 DPI is recommended for raster files. Vector art is always best because it scales without losing quality.

Do I need to mirror my design?

Accepted Answer

No. Do NOT mirror your artwork. Our DTF printer handles the mirroring automatically. Submit your design in its final, correct orientation.

Can you remove the background?

Accepted Answer

Yes — toggle the "Background removal" add-on when you order. It's $10 per file and we'll knock out the background before printing. For complex images (hair, soft edges) we'll contact you before finalising.

Can I upload multiple designs?

Yes. In Print By Size you can add multiple transfers in one order, each at its own size and quantity. In Print By Roll you can either upload a ready-made gang sheet or use our online builder to drop, drag and arrange multiple designs on a 17-inch sheet.

Can I build the gang sheet online?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Gang Sheet Builder runs in your browser — drag your art onto a 17-inch wide artboard, resize, rotate, duplicate, snap-to-grid, and let auto-arrange pack everything tight. We export the final sheet at print resolution.

What resolution should my artwork be?

Accepted Answer

300 DPI at the final printed size for raster artwork (PNG/JPG). Vector files (PDF/SVG/AI/EPS) print at any size with no quality loss. If your file is below ~150 DPI we'll flag it before printing.

What is the maximum print width?

17 inches. The roll is 17" wide and that is the absolute maximum on a single transfer. There is no length limit — we can print rolls up to 30 feet or longer on request.

Can I pick up locally in Mississauga?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Local pickup is available at 2404 Haines Rd, Suite 209, Mississauga (right on the Toronto / Mississauga border, just off Hwy 427 and the QEW). Free pickup, ready in 2–4 business days for most orders.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes — pricing is volume-tiered automatically. The more sq inches in your order, the lower your price per sq inch. At 2,000+ sq inches you're paying $0.05/sq in (half of the entry tier). Need a custom quote for 10,000+ sq in? Reach out via the Quote form.

How is DTF pricing calculated?

Accepted Answer

By total printable square inches. Width × Height × Quantity × Price-per-sq-in. The price-per-sq-in drops as your order grows: $0.10 below 100 sq in, down to $0.05 at 2,000+ sq in. Minimum order is $10 before tax.
