Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Toronto Custom T-Shirts, Signs & Wraps, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Artwork Ownership
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to print any artwork you upload. We will not print copyrighted, trademarked, or licensed material without proof of ownership/license, and you indemnify us against claims arising from artwork you supply.
Pricing & Availability
Prices are in CAD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Stock availability is updated in real time but we may occasionally need to cancel an order if stock is exhausted — you'll receive a full refund in that case.
Print Variations
Due to the nature of garment printing, slight colour and placement variations may occur. These do not qualify as defects.
Electronic Communications (CASL)
By providing your email you consent to receive transactional messages about your order. Marketing emails are sent only with your explicit opt-in consent and always include an unsubscribe link, in compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
